Insert Bearings Cylindrical OD

Insert bearing with narrow inner ring and two set screws. Cylindrical OD. This type bearing is self-aligning for the standard load capacity.The ER Series Insert Bearings have an inner ring that extends on both sides of the bearing to provide extra shaft support and a cylindrical OD. ER Series Insert Bearings are available in both 52100 Chrome Steel and 440C Stainless Steel. Chrome Steel Insert Bearings are harder than Stainless Steel and more durable in demanding applications.

The CSA Cylindrical OD Light Duty Narrow Inner Ring Set Screw Insert Bearing is factory lubricated with Chevron SRI#2 AW (anti-wear) grease. The insert contains 30-40% grease fill by volume. The CSA insert is factory sealed after lubrication and is considered Lubed-for Life.Insert bearings are also available in free spinning design and a black oxide finish upon request. They are most commonly produced with a spherical OD to allow for misalignment, but are also available with a cylindrical OD.
